Cocktail Bartender Part-time

The Palomar is looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our Front of House team part-time.

Our small space is bursting with the vibrant colours, flavours, sounds and aromas of the cuisine of Southern Spain, North Africa and the Levant. Whether in the midst of the action sat up at our kitchen counter, back in the elegant dining room or spilling out onto our new street terrace, the atmosphere here remains at the forefront of our city’s dining scene.

You’ll be

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service. The Palomar bar team work in the midst of the action at our kitchen bar; interacting with our guests and guiding them through the whole Palomar experience.
• Have a solid level of wine knowledge, be comfortable with the classic cocktails and eager to assist the Bar Manager on developing the ever evolving Palomar cocktail list. Original creations from our Bartenders are now firm Palomar favourites!
• An accomplished bartender with experience of working in a quality restaurant environment. You’ll have previous floor experience and be comfortable with getting stuck in and supporting the waiters during a busy service.
