Restaurant / Reception Manager

About the role:
Take ownership of reception, ensuring efficiency, warmth, and seamless coordination between guests, hosts, and floor teams.

We’re looking for:
• A smooth and professional welcome experience – Are guests greeted promptly and warmly?
• Are reservation systems (SevenRooms) managed effectively to avoid delays?
• Strong guest relations management – Do guests feel valued, and are their needs anticipated before they ask?

Play a key role in shaping the host and reception team, ensuring our values shine through every aspect of guest service. Collaborate with the GM to embed Arcade Values and Principles into training, onboarding, and daily operations.
Your role as a Reception Manager also includes leading by example, fostering a motivated and professional team environment that encourages engagement and excellence.
