Arcade Food Halls show-case our core philosophy of creating multiple unique brands and championing emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof. 12 new brands and will fill the space at Battersea Power Station and drinks from our new destination bars, are created using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens and a fully-packed calendar of events completes the line-up

The Position

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and dishes; you will play a key role in team development. You will manage the overall kitchen operation, including prep schedules, stock control, budgeting and maintenance, as well as the day to day management of the kitchen brigade..

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment;
• Strong people management skills
• A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail;
• Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade;
• Experience in managing staff costs, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas;
• Strengths in finances, purchasing and menu costing;
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures;
