Arcade, Head Chef Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

👨‍🍳Lead the Kitchen – Oversee all aspects of the kitchen’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
🔥Inspire & Develop – Train, mentor, and develop a skilled brigade of chefs, fostering a culture of excellence.
📋Drive Standards – Maintain exceptional levels of food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
🍽 Menu Execution – Work closely with our Head of Food and brand partners / directors 
📈Cost & Stock Control – Manage food costs, stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure profitability and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, premium-branded restaurant.
✔ Passion for global cuisines with a strong understanding of diverse cooking techniques and flavours.
✔ Leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
✔ Ability to thrive under pressure, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Business acumen – confident in stock control, food cost management, and kitchen efficiency.
