The Hotel Indigo, London, Clerkenwell is a new build hotel in the design led Clerkenwell area of London. The hotel will be 168 guestrooms incorporating Architect and Goldsmith rooms alongside Clockmaker suites. The rooms’ design have a link with industries that have a local connection. The hotel will have an all day dining restaurant, a lobby bar and it is connected to a traditional grade 2 listed pub named the Hat and Feathers which sits proudly on the corner of Goswell and Clerkenwell Roads.
We are currently recruiting for Reservation Manager to join our Truly Talented team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is an exciting role a talented individual who is looking for career growth and for the opportunity to lead a hardworking team

Your role
As a Reservations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the reservation process, including handling enquiries, managing bookings, confirming reservations and resolving issues or discrepancies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Responsibilities of a Reservation Manager will include but are not limited to:
• Directly managing the reservations team in delivering the Reservations strategy to maximize room revenue and occupancy levels, including setting pricing strategies, managing inventory and implementing upselling and cross-selling initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the departmental costs ensuring scheduling and resources are dispatched accordingly to support operational performance.
• Establishing opportunities for improving operations consistently; implementing projects successfully to ensure the hotel delivers on our detail focused and ‘stand out from the crowd’ vision.
• Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Setting a clear example for all staff members with regards to personal presentation and positive attitude.
• Regularly review our guest experience feedback, share results and comments and work to improve each facet of the business.
• Continuously improve all operational processes and ensure these are clearly communicated to the relevant team members.
• Managing the full guest experience from the moment of booking through to post-stay – ensuring each and every guest receives a great experience, defined by our values and mission statement
