We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join and lead our Truly Talented team.

Your role

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping your guests at heart of everything that you do.

We are looking for someone that holds and enjoys maintaining high standards, with a keen attention for detail.

As an Operations Manager, you will lead the hotel operations team to oversee all aspects of running the hotels both in London and Tower Bridge , whilst keeping in constant communication with Axiom Hospitality and the franchise team to ensure that brand standards are delivered, and guests’ expectations are exceeded from check-in through check-out.

You will work closely with the General Manager, leading the hotel operations, driving revenue, and ensuring that brand standards are met, and guests’ expectations are exceeded.

The core skills and experience required to succeed

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Front Office Manager (ready for the step-up);
  • Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures;
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the team members with an emphasis on training and teamwork;
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Excellent personal presentation;
  • An authentic and inspiring leader of people and business;
  • Accountable for Health and Safety Audit with a critical understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;
  • Oversee and drive hotel scorecard results, including those of our brand; including but not limited to GXP Empower index, DLZ training, People Engagement , Sustainability Excellence and Brand Standard Audit.
  • Employ exceptional organizational strategies to ensure team and personal productivity is maximised. Be well planned and anticipate business requirements in a timely manner.
