We are looking for a commercially minded, analytical, and results-driven Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, maximize revenue opportunities, and drive business growth. In this role, you will analyze market trends, manage inventory, and implement pricing strategies to ensure the hotel remains competitive and profitable.

Your role
We are committed to maximizing revenue and ensuring strong financial performance. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing data, forecasting demand, and working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement strategies that optimize occupancy and profitability.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
- Analyzing booking trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions.
- Monitoring inventory and room availability to ensure optimal distribution across all booking channels.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance.
- Utilizing revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Creating and analyzing financial reports, including revenue forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
- Managing relationships with third-party booking platforms, ensuring competitive positioning.
- Collaborating with hotel leadership to develop promotional offers and packages that drive revenue.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, pricing accuracy, and overall revenue performance.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:
- Proven experience in revenue management, reservations, or a similar analytical role within hospitality.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems, hotel reservation software, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to optimizing revenue and occupancy.
