Kitchen Assistant

The Winchester Hotel & Spa has been one of Winchester’s most popular destinations for weekend getaways and spa breaks for over 20 years. The hotel consists of 96 bedrooms across four room types, a relaxing spa with a range of professional treatments as well as a refreshing pool and hot tub, flexible function rooms and a stylish bar and restaurant to enjoy throughout the day.

We are currently recruiting for Kitchen Assistant to join our Truly Talented team.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will ensure everything will run smoothly! You will make sure the kitchen is stocked up, clean, tidy and ready for the shift ahead, supporting the chefs to serve food to be proud of.

Your role

You will be a key member of our kitchen team. You will be responsible for general cleaning duties and oversee the operation of pot-washing machinery, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and helping deliver an excellent guest experience while ensuring back-of-house areas are clean, and Health & Safety guidelines are observed. You may also be involved in some food preparation and light cooking duties.
