We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a strong track record, ideally within the hospitality sector. While hotel experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn.

This field-based role requires extensive travel across the UK, offering an opportunity to manage a diverse range of properties.

Responsibilities of role will include but are not limited to:

  • To lead the property management of select group of hotels making sure that they are fully supported and able to trade to their full potential.
  • To act as the focal point for Axiom’s Operations Teams, the Hotels and the Hotel Owners on all things property related.
  • To effectively manage budgets and service delivery, sometimes with limited resources.
  • Working with other stakeholders, lead and coordinate the delivery of larger projects.
  • To contribute to the monthly management reporting in respect of property activity, demonstrating attainment against targets, etc. reporting into the Property Director.
  • To lead on the delivery of select special projects i.e. the introduction of property management system or similar.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with a broad range of property knowledge and experience. Although not exhaustive this shall, ideally, include:

  • Repairs and Maintenance
  • M&E and Building Services within large multi-occupancy buildings
  • Project Management
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Health & Safety Management
  • Green initiatives
  • Budget planning
  • Commercial
  • Interior Design, space planning, etc.
  • Cost Management
  • Risk Management
  • The right candidate should preferably be MCIOB, RICS or similarly qualified, although consideration will be given to suitably experienced applicants that have held similar roles in the past. As well as be proficient in MSWord, ExCel and PowerPoint.
