We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Barista to join our Truly Talented team.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders and answering queries regarding menu items.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Support team members during busy periods by helping with various tasks as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Skills Required
• Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is preferred.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
