We are looking for a commercially minded, analytical, and results-driven Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, maximize revenue opportunities, and drive business growth. In this role, you will analyze market trends, manage inventory, and implement pricing strategies to ensure the hotel remains competitive and profitable.

As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing [ with the support of the Sales Team, above property Commercial team and the Hotels distribution partner (s)] a rooms strategy that will maximise revenue and deliver strong financial performance. As well as inventory management, analysing data, forecasting demand and looking for opportunities across all segments you will lead a small Reservations Team that includes a Reservations Manager.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience | attributes:
- Worked in London, ideally in Mayfair or the West End
- 5 Star | Luxury experience
- Be brave
Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager will include but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
• Analysing reservation trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions.
• Monitor inventory and room availability to ensure optimal distribution across all booking channels.
• Working closely with sales, marketing and the Hotels distribution partner to drive business performance.
• Communicate and implement rate restrictions and sales strategies in line with seasonal and market trends.
• Utilizing revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Creating and analysing financial reports, including revenue forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
• Managing relationships with third-party booking platforms, ensuring competitive positioning.
• Collaborating with hotel leadership to develop promotional offers and packages that drive revenue.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, pricing accuracy, and overall revenue performance.
• Prepare for and lead a weekly Revenue Meeting, then communicate and action decisions made
• Lead the Reservations Team ensuring the pre-arrival guest journey is in line with the Hotels culture and values.
• Forge a close working relationship with the Front Office | Reception team to maximise revenue opportunities but also great guest engagement
• Produce a thorough ‘critique’ each month that is authentic about what not just went well but also what could have been better – opportunities missed, learnings, mistakes and strategies that did not work
• Be brave, enthusiastic about change, focused on details and accuracy and trusting. Be nimble, flexible and gracious and not be afraid to challenge.
