We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring our industry-leading diagnostic equipment is installed, maintained, and optimized to the highest standards. Principal Accountabilities:
- Conduct on-site customer demonstrations and support product bidding activities.
- Install diagnostic equipment and ensure proper setup at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in line with the established maintenance program.
- Prepare detailed reports on all maintenance activities performed.
- Advise and train customers on the use of diagnostic equipment and associated software, both remotely and in person.
- Detect customer needs and propose improvements in the use of equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving complaints and providing ongoing technical support.
- Implement and manage the assignment, registration, and inventory tracking of installed and non-installed equipment.
- Organize and maintain department-generated documentation accurately.
- Execute assigned tasks according to the established schedule.
- Maintain proper care and condition of work tools and company equipment.
- Communicate effectively and maintain time flexibility with both clients and the internal team.
- Participate in commercial, administrative, and promotional events or meetings representing the company.
Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
- Clear communication skills for training and support
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in teams
Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of clinical diagnostic equipment and electronics (desirable)
- Familiarity with calibration and measurement tools (desirable)
- English language proficiency (desirable)
Experience
- Experience training customers on technical procedures and equipment use
- Involvement in equipment installation and maintenance
- Background in field service, ideally in the medical or diagnostics sector (preferred)
