Our collaborative work environment fosters success and encourages innovation, ensuring that every team member's contribution is valued and impactful.
We are thrilled to have an opportunity available within EUROIMMUN France, a subsidiary of our parent company EUROIMMUN AG and a cornerstone in supplying cutting-edge immunodiagnostics products to the French market.

Are you passionate about molecular biology and bringing innovative diagnostic solutions to market?

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to lead EUROIMMUN PCR product ranges. In this role, you’ll drive clinical acceptance, collaborate across teams, and partner with molecular biology laboratories throughout the French healthcare system. Together, we’ll ensure that our solutions not only meet customer needs but also help to shape the future of PCR diagnostics in infectious diseases.

Your responsibilities will blend scientific expertise, market analysis, and strategic execution to drive both product development and customer satisfaction. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Continuously monitor advancements in PCR technology and market dynamics, ensuring our product range remains innovative and aligned with industry needs. Your insights will directly shape development priorities and market strategies.
  • Be the Molecular Biology Expert: Leverage your deep expertise in Molecular and Cellular Biology—particularly in bacteriology, parasitology, and mycology markers—to support product roll-outs, build trust with stakeholders, and drive clinical adoption.
  • Lead with Authority: Act as a trusted expert on the clinical applications, emerging trends, and key literature for PCR and microarray product lines. Provide invaluable day-to-day sales support and strategic guidance.
  • Create Impactful Materials: Develop compelling marketing collateral, customer presentations, and sales tools that highlight the unique value of our products, driving sales growth and expanding market reach.
  • Own Product Launch Success: Spearhead launch activities, including engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and National Reference Centers (CNRs). Conduct validation studies, promote impactful publications and white papers, and support new customers through validation processes and COFRAC accreditation.
  • Train and Empower Stakeholders: Deliver expert training and guidance to both internal teams and external partners, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Strategise with Precision: Perform detailed market and competitive analyses to inform product positioning, market entry strategies, pricing models, and overall product strategies. Your research will identify emerging customer needs and shape our long-term vision.
  • Collaborate Across Boundaries: Work closely with cross-functional teams and development partners to drive innovation in product initiatives and improvement programs. Act as the voice of the customer to ensure alignment with real-world needs.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with care and efficiency. Leverage the expertise of our PCR development team to support complex in-house research projects and provide tailored solutions.
  • Shape Strategic Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to the development of global commercialisation strategies and marketing plans, positioning our PCR products for sustained growth and market leadership.
  • Be Hands-On When Needed: Step into the lab to provide direct support for PCR product production, ensuring high-quality outcomes and smooth operations during critical moments.

Skills:

  • Expertise in molecular diagnostics, with at least 3 years’ experience in PCR (bacteriology, parasitology, and mycology preferred).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of IVDR requirements is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in Product Management and launching PCR products.
  • Established relationships with clinical and research laboratories in the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (Bac + 5) or PhD (Bac + 8) in Molecular or Cellular Biology (or related field).
