Job Purpose

You'll provide technical and strategic product support while collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, and technical services. Principal Accountablities

  • Technical and Scientific Expertise: Become the go-to expert on the technical features, applications, and benefits of our cutting-edge IVD products. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with scientific advancements and regulatory changes in in vitro diagnostics.
  • Training and Sales Support: Empower our sales team with in-depth technical training on our products. Join them in customer meetings to address complex technical queries and provide hands-on expertise.
  • Building Strong Customer Relationships: Be a trusted advisor to laboratories, hospitals, and clinics, offering guidance on product use and integration into their workflows. Resolve technical challenges and deliver outstanding post-sales support.
  • Driving Commercial Strategy: Uncover market opportunities and help shape strategies to position our products effectively. Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance existing products and inspire new solutions. Contribute to cross-selling initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Product Demonstration and Validation: Showcase the value of our products through engaging, hands-on demonstrations. Provide expert support for validation and commissioning at customer sites, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare precise technical and commercial reports while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards like ISO and IVDR.
  • Event Representation: Be the face of the company at conferences, trade fairs, and scientific events. Present compelling talks, lead technical workshops, and showcase our innovative solutions to industry leaders.This is your chance to make a significant impact in the field of in vitro diagnostics while working with a passionate and collaborative team!

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Skills

  • Strong technical scientific ability, with a focus on clinical analysis laboratories or in vitro diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Results-driven and autonomous, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Full driving license to facilitate customer visits and fieldwork.

Knowledge

  • University level qualification in a Scientific field, such as Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar.
  • Good understanding of clinical analysis laboratories in vitro diagnostics (desirable)
  • Familiarity with scientific and regulatory aspects of the diagnostics industry.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year laboratory experience
  • Desirable - Practical experience in providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, or engaging in laboratory workflows
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English to communicate effectively in diverse professional settings.
