The Role

Managing a Bar is about so much more than opening and closing up... Our managers are adaptable, bold decision makers and are great at making work a place our team want to be. Creative when it comes to cocktail making and able to pass on your extensive knowledge of bar service, you will always be looking at ways to coach your team into delivering special moments for our guests. As you would expect, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the Bar, including revenue, stock, recruitment, rota - but more than this, you will create a place our guests love to talk about and return to.
