The Royal Horseguards is a stunning 5 star hotel overlooking the River Thames, close to The Embankment and Trafalgar Square. The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.

The Role

We are always on the lookout for talented chefs who can consistently deliver high standards in our restaurants. If you have some experience in a hotel kitchen environment and are looking to progress your career in a company that encourages innovation and flair, then we may have the role for you.

Our Breakfast Chefs are expected to ensure the preparation of all our guest breakfasts according to brand standards. You will have overall responsibility for food service at breakfast including supervising the commis chef's and monitoring Health and Safety aspects.
