The Role
As stores person you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will be responsible for managing all the stores and storage areas in the hotel. You will maintain an efficient and cost effective supply of stock for all areas, within the financial restrictions laid out by the management team. You will receive and check all deliveries; carry out regular checks to control stock and maintain the required standards of Health & Safety and cleanliness in your areas at all times, including strict stock rotation. You will report to the Food and Beverage manager but will need to develop good working relationships with other heads of department and the wider team.

- Previous experience in a high volume service environment is a definite advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
