The Job


• Recognized for delivering an exceptional customer experience with a focus of assisting the generation of repeat clients through establishing a loyal customer base
• Inspire customers on product and trends by being a Brand Ambassador and consistently delivering the Fashion Role Model expectation
• Connect with Customers by demonstrating a flexible selling style
• Be recognized as a trend and style expert and demonstrate 'Know Your Stuff'
• Support All Sizes Out through effectively managing stock held in the space
• When involved in a difficult situation with a client, seek support from the management team
• Manage your time and tasks effectively, putting the needs of clients first to deliver an elevated service experience


• Deliver the personal shopping vision in order to drive the business forward
• Support the Personal Shopper to achieve sales goals and department success
• Keep up to date with what's happening in the Brand and the latest trends and product
• Support all Brand initiatives which contribute to a multichannel customer experience
• Spot opportunities to improve how the department operates
• Effectively follow all client transactions to minimize cash and product losses
• Conclude the client experience through presenting the products folded and wrapped in line with department standards
• Complete activities that support the execution of ad-hoc projects to enhance the department's profile
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the department through good housekeeping standards and managing the suites, kitchen and reception areas
• Maintain a safe environment for your team and the clients by following health and safety guidelines
• Update and maintain the shoppers client database and adhere to all data protection requirements
• Demonstrate flexibility to successfully deliver all internal and external events
• Knowledge and adherence to all company policies and procedures


• Demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks
• Help create a fun culture that people want to be part of
• Respond to store teams request for department updates and information
• Respond positively to feedback always seeing it as an opportunity to grow
• Demonstrate self-awareness and proactivity in regards to personal development and seeking opportunities to grow
• Liaise the Brand Digital teams as requested to support content for all social media platforms
• Positively promote the department and the service with the rest of the store team and be seen as an expert in selling and styling

Must Haves

• Strong organizational skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever changing climate
• Strong focus on leading the team to drive success across a range of key performance indicators
