TOPSHOP TOPMAN Las Vegas can be found in the popular Fashion Show mall. Borrowing from the best of our stores in the UK, we designed the Las Vegas store to have a uniquely British shopping experience in its 20,000 square feet sat at the head of the famous Las Vegas Strip.

The Job


• Recognized as a role model for delivering an exceptional customer experience with a focus of generating repeat clients through establishing a loyal customer base
• Inspire customers on product and trends by being a Brand Ambassador and consistently delivering the Fashion Role Model expectation
• Connect with Customers by demonstrating a flexible selling style for both booked and on the floor clients
• Be recognized as a trend and style expert to advise clients and support the team to deliver 'Know Your Stuff'
• When involved in a difficult situation with a client, seek support from the management team
• Manage your time and tasks effectively, putting the needs of clients first to deliver an elevated service experience
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of key product and trend in the industry, utilizing editorial and creative skills to identify the best garments for the client
• Offer a seamless customer experiencing, driving sales through identifying shop floor clients with the goal of creating a repeat client relationship


• Deliver the personal shopping vision in order to drive the business forward
• Utilize all resources and techniques to achieve individual sales goals and drive the departments success
• Keep up to date with what's happening in the Brand and the latest trends and product
• Promote all Brand initiatives which support a multichannel customer experience
• Demonstrate the ability to spot potential risks and take appropriate actions to minimize the impact on the department
• Support ad-hoc projects that raise Brand awareness and the department's profile
• Ensure a seamless elevated environment is maintained through demonstrating how to deliver housekeeping and deliver department standards
• Maintain a safe environment for your team and the clients by following health and safety guidelines
• Attend networking events to drive the department profile and build a personal profile in the local market
• Build and maintain the client database and ensure the department adheres to all data protection requirements
• Identify event opportunities and support the department and store to facilitate events internally and externally
• Utilize client database to follow up and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge and adherence to all company policies and procedures


• Demonstrate the ability to work with a sense of urgency, effectively balancing multiple requests and tasks
• Help create a fun culture that people want to be part of
• Connect with store management teams to communicate key successes and opportunities within the department
• Respond to store teams request for department updates and information
• Respond positively to feedback always seeing it as an opportunity to grow
• Demonstrate self-awareness and proactivity in regards to personal development and seeking opportunities to grow
• Liaise the Brand Digital teams as requested to support content for all social media platforms
• Support with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Positively promote the department and the service with the rest of the store team and be seen as an expert in selling and styling
